Crash involving a police car responding to a chase and a civilian vehicle not involved in the chase. Pretty significant one too.
Officers pulled the civilian from his car before it caught fire after crashing into a concrete building, and the civilian has an obviously broken thigh without broken skin. Gross. Thighs aren’t supposed to have angles. Two officers in the squad car are injured across the intersection. Meanwhile, another officer is actually taking a statement from the civilian with the broken thigh, and then re-reading it to him to ensure its accuracy.
“OW! My leg! No, wait, it should say here that they hit me.”
“OK. How’s this look?”
“Yeah, that’s good. Am I going to be in a lot of trouble because there are cops involved?”
