I have this vague recollection of this assault call we went to a long time ago in a nicer neighborhood. It seems that a husband came home and found his wife sleeping, but there was also another man sleeping in the same bed. So the husband slapped his wife.
Except that once the dust settled and all sorts of crews arrived, it was quite apparent that neither the wife nor the man in question actually knew each other.
It seems that the wife, home alone, went to bed alone, and the man in question came home some time later after working late, or at least thought he came home. Being the considerate type, he crawled into bed without waking her.
All is well until the husband, apparently also coming home after working late, found his spot already taken, and somewhat understandably, slapped his wife.
Thankfully no one got killed.
