Don’t re-write the parable of the Good Samaritan

I read about Yankees manager Joe Girardi being a Good Samaritan months ago but somehow didn’t really give it too much thought until now. Well, I still haven’t given it too much thought.

I did, however, at the time, mention it to some people and said something along the lines of, “Be a Good Samaritan, but don’t cross 3 lanes of traffic in the middle of the night like an idiot.” Like this girl.
